CALLING ALL FURNITURE DESIGNERS! The ASEAN Furniture Design Contest is a specialized contest open to both concept stage and realized furniture designs. The ASEAN Furnitre Design Contest aims to protect and raise awareness about the importance of designs and related rights, intellectual property rights (IPR) in creativity areas, appreciating and ensuring protection of the inestimable work of creators, and therefore awarding the result of their hard work. Any furniture designer whose nationality is one of the 10 ASEAN countries is welcomed to participate, irrespective of age or experience. Interested participants can download a copy of the Regulations [here] and submit to the Brunei Intellectual Property Office (BruIPO) at the Business Support Centre, Level 1, Design & Technology Building, Simpang 32-37, Anggerek Desa Technology Park. The deadline for submission is 15 June 2018.
